Fun, Fun!!

Well, we've had a few fun, new experiences in the past couple of days! First, BJ and I had our first over-night outing away from Olivia. Mimi volunteered to keep her while we get away. So we loaded up the car and drove 10 miles down the highway!! We started out by going to Abuelos for dinner and Andy's custard for dessert! It was funny, but it felt like we were on our honeymoon...I guess life changes so much when you have kids! The next day we went shopping and to a french eatery for breakfast! It was a great weekend!! We have always said, and even with a kid will continue to say, that it is so vital for married couples to get away! Even for a night, it just strengthens our marriage and makes us reprioritize!

Next, While we were at the hotel, we made friends with the front desk guy! He asked us if were "leaving town" tonight. We didn't want to explain that we live 10 miles down the road, so we said no! He then told us about him having 3 extra tickets to the baseball game and that we could have them!! So, we took Olivia to her first baseball game! Aunt Cyndi and Uncle Chris joined us! She was sucha good baby! It was right up her ally....lots of people and she got to be outside! She loved it!

Life is fun! Having a baby has not slowed us down, but we are experiencing so many new things with her! Please pray for us as we continue traveling and spending time with family!
