Sophie's 3 months!

Sophie's starting to put on the pounds! It's a little deceiving, because her cheeks are so chubby that it looks like her whole body is...but it's not!

weight: 11 (26%)

height: 23 1/4 (65%)

Sophie's first photo shoot! Her teacher at school crochets and she made this caterpillar costume. She wanted to put it on her website to sell, so she was looking for a cute baby to model it. Well, none other than Sophie Jo!
The weather has been so nice that we've been going outside! Sophie will sleep anywhere...even outside!

Still sleeping!! She just started sleeping from 8pm-7am! She is such a great sleeper!

She is really coming to life! She smiles any time someone talks to her, she coos at you when you do it to her, she started playing with hanging toys, etc. She is starting to get to be so much fun. The sad thing is she is always wanting to stand...so she doesn't cuddle anymore like an infant. I guess they have to grow up sooner or later. I guess it'll be time to have another one soon! Haha...just kidding! FAR from that topic!

But I sure am enjoying my girls!!!

Grammar!

Who remembers how fun grammar was in school?! Not me. But I am reminded of it as we are learning grammar here at New Tribes Training! I don't know how, but it has been more enjoyable this time around! It's a little different though. Here is our first assignment that we had (the easiest). Take a stab at it and see if you can figure it out: (oh yeah...this is Turkish language)
1. kopek = dog
2. kopekim = my dog
3. kopekler = dogs
4. kopeklerim = my dogs
5. kopeklersi = his dogs

From this set of words, we have to find out if there is a noun, verb, possession, and if it's singular or plural. Once you figure that out, it will be pretty consistant to stay the same in that language! Good luck! I'll post the answers at the bottom (remember, this is a super easy one compared to the other languages we've been getting into!)

Also, sorry we haven't been posting as often. We have actually been working on a new blog website all semester and it has been quite the task! So please stay patient with us...it will be worth it! We hope to reveal the site soon!!

Answers:
kopek=dog
-ler=makes the word plural
-im=1st person singular (or my)
-si=3rd person singular (or his)

How did you do on it?!?!
